MILTON KEYNES CITY COUNCIL
(PARTS OF FRITHWOOD CRESCENT AND CROWBOROUGH LANE, KENTS HILL) (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Milton Keynes City Council has on 28th May 2024 made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit vehicles from waiting or loading along parts of Frithwood Crescent and Crowborough Lane, Kents Hill – From its junction with Sweetland Corner to its junction with Hartfield Close, whilst the MK Wanderers Community Football Event takes place (as illustrated on the plan below).
There will be no exemptions from the provisions of the made Order except for emergency services on operational duties.
The closures will be clearly signed in accordance with Chapter 8 of the TSRGD 2016 (The Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016). All affected properties will be notified of the forthcoming closures at least one week prior to the works taking place.
The temporary restrictions will be in force on the date shown when indicated by the appropriate traffic signs displayed in the affected parts of roads.
The proposed Order will come into operation on 8th June 2024 and 9th June 2024 (7am to 5pm) and will continue in force for a maximum period of 2 days or until the event has completed, whichever is the sooner.

Any person committing a breach of the order will be liable upon prosecution to such fine as is prescribed by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
