MILTON KEYNES CITY COUNCIL
(TIMBOLD DRIVE (PART), KENTS HILL) – (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2024
FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in relation to a temporary prohibition of vehicles from entering, waiting or proceeding along part of Timbold Drive, Kents Hill whilst essential inspections, maintenance and repair works are carried out in the carriageway. The restrictions were brought into effect under the provisions of the above-named Order, which was made by Milton Keynes City Council on 13th February 2024 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as first notified on 8th February 2024.
TAKE NOTICE that these works are for National Grid to safely undertake a road crossing, it is necessary to introduce a road closure in order for the works to be carried out.
The following lengths of road will be closed on  and 22nd July – 2nd August 2024. Timbold Drive, Kents Hill from its junction with Hammerwood Gate for 40 metres in a northerly direction.
Whilst the above closure is in place the alternative route will be via Hammerwood Gate, Brickhill Street and Hawkhurst Gate (and vice versa).
The above road is scheduled to be closed only when these works are required and only when indicated by the appropriate traffic signs, which will be erected in advance of any closure. Access to affected properties will be granted where possible.

(WINCHESTER CIRCLE, KINGSTON). (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2024. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Milton Keynes City Council made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit vehicles from proceeding along the following part of road to allow National Grid to carry out new connection works and substation installation works. For the purpose of the above Order, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to enter, wait in or proceed along the following length of road between 22nd July 2024 – 7th August 2024 (24 Hours): – Winchester Circle, Kingston – Outside Number 43 for approximately 165 meters.
