The Parish Council sets aside each year some of its funds, which are made available to organisations in the form of matched funding for special projects.

This means that funding is NOT available to cover running costs and it also means that any organisation will have to find 50% of the project costs from other sources.

The Parish Council will support mainly those organisations which operate in the Parish and provide a service for residents who live here.

It may be possible to build a project over more than one year using funds as they become available, but the 50% rule will still apply.

We will only support those organisations which are financially secure and are well supported through their membership, however we will look at new start ups for fledgling groups if the activity will especially benefit and help to grow the community.

Please note that we will not necessarily fund every request, but we will consider each application on it's own merit.
