The Parish of Kents Hill & Monkston is situated in a sought after area of Milton Keynes, within easy reach of the city centre, which about 4 Km away and is easily & quickly accessible both by car and by bus.

The area is on the eastern flank of the city, close to J14 and J13 of the M1 and to the A421 one of the major east-west links between Oxford, Buckingham and Bedford.

The railway line to Bedford runs close by, with the nearest station at Woburn Sands about 4 km away. The main London Euston to the north line runs through central Milton Keynes at the railway station/ bus station complex to the west of CMK.

Housing provided in the Parish has been built in the last 12 years or less by a variety of developers. Accomodation ranges from single bedroom flats to 5 bedroom/double garage family homes. A number of housing associations provide housing for rent. Monkston Park is just coming towards the end of its development, probably to be completed about early 2009.

The living space has been given a feeling of openness by the provision of large areas of parkland and playing fields within the grid squares. Monkston & Kent's Hill both have thriving and well used community centres.
