3. Liasing with MK Landscape and building developers concerning adoption of certain unclear ownership areas and the handover of the reserve sites
The Parish Council is currently investigating up to 16 sites within the Parish whose ownership and current maintenance is unclear.
This is because the developers have failed to correctly hand over and have adopted these pieces of land. We want to get this ongoing problem sorted as soon as possible.
We are currently seeking solutions via MK Council Landscaping & Open Spaces Officers and our elected Ward Councillors.
