Meetings are held at the Monkston Community Centre, (on Monkston Green off St. Bartholomews, Monkston), in the meeting room at the Church of Christ the King, in Frithwood Crescent, Kents Hill, and at the Monkston Park Community Centre in Monkston Park.
Please note that the Parish Council does not maintain an office at these addresses.
If you need to contact the council please contact the Parish Clerk.
Meetings of the Parish Council are usually held ten times a year and are open to the public. All meetings are held at 7.30pm unless otherwise stated. Agendas and/or minutes can be downloaded from the links below, and are published in Microsoft Word or as Adobe PDF files .
There is an opportunity at the beginning of each meeting for members of the public to raise issues which they feel ought to be brought to the attention of the Parish Council. This is not a question and answer session nor an opportunity for debate. These are the rules set down for Parish Councils to abide by. However, all questions raised are noted and discussed in Council and replies are given later, by appropriate means.
If you think it would be wise to inform the Council of an issue needing our attention at a Parish Council meeting then please contact the Clerk beforehand.
